Reach-Out Health Awareness Initiative (ROHAI) partnered with Muko Digital to modernise its digital presence and create an online platform that accurately reflected the organisation's mission, impact, and long-term vision. As a nonprofit working across healthcare advocacy, youth development, community engagement, and humanitarian initiatives, ROHAI required more than a visually appealing website; it needed a digital platform capable of building trust with donors, partners, volunteers, and the communities it serves.

Our engagement began with a comprehensive review of the organisation's existing digital assets, identifying opportunities to improve user experience, information architecture, search visibility, and overall brand perception. We successfully migrated ROHAI from its previous domain to rohai.org, preserving search visibility through proper redirect strategies while ensuring a seamless transition for existing users. We also managed the migration of the organisation's email infrastructure, configured secure DNS records, and implemented modern authentication standards to improve email reliability and domain security.

To enable data-driven decision-making, we integrated Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Meta Pixel, giving the organisation the ability to monitor website performance, understand visitor behaviour, measure campaign effectiveness, and make informed communication decisions. The website was further optimised for technical SEO, accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and performance, ensuring that users across different devices and internet conditions could easily access critical information.

Today, ROHAI has a professional digital platform that supports awareness campaigns, stakeholder engagement, programme visibility, volunteer recruitment, and future fundraising initiatives.
